We want you to be delighted with your artwork!! But… just in case, below are your cancellation and return options.
An original piece may be cancelled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Type CANCELLATION in the subject line. You will receive a refund within 10 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order.
A print may be cancelled if the cancellation is received before the printing process has begun. To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com. Type CANCELLATION in the subject line. You will receive a refund within 10 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order.
We will issue refunds according to the terms below.
You must notify The Artisan Gallery within seven 7 days of receipt of your desire to return an item. To initiate a return and receive a return authorization number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Type RETURN in the subject line. We will email a return authorization number and return instructions. The item must be shipped to the return address provided within 3 days of receipt of the return authorization. Fine art print must be returned in its original packaging in original condition. We recommend that you insure your shipment, as we will not accept damaged art. We recommend using a shipping method that offers a tracking number to confirm the returned product has been delivered to The Artisan Gallery.
A 15% restocking fee per piece will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds do not include shipping costs. After we receive the returned merchandise, you will receive a refund within 10 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order.
The Artisan Gallery reserves the right to return, without refund, any artwork that is damaged, or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If we decide to take this action, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Special or Custom Orders:
Special or custom orders may not be returned.
Items Damaged in Transit:
If your package appears damaged, please contact us at 1-208-304-4656 or email@example.com so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected, and start the return process. Be sure to retain all of the original packing materials.
If your order arrived via USPS, we will provide you with a return service label (except for Canadian customers; please see below). If your order arrived via a freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, please inspect the artwork before signing off on the delivery. To return a freight delivery piece, please contact us to make arrangements.
Repack your order. Use the original packing materials if possible. If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging; please take care to repack items carefully. If you are unsure how to do so, please call us at 1-208-304-4656 for assistance.
Please send your return within 7 days of receiving the return service label. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for Canadian customers. To make a return, please contact us at 1-208-304-4656 or firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and return address information. You will be responsible for creating and paying for the return shipping label.
International Duties, Taxes, & Fees
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. These duties, taxes, and other fees will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received, though it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered.
You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive an Artisan Gallery gift certificate or to have the buyer credited for the purchase price of the item.
