DARLENE PFAHL
Over the years Darlene has done a variety of different crafts and artwork. After moving to Sandpoint, ID in 2006, Darlene discovered the world of Off-Loom Bead Weaving; nothing else has been as satisfying. With no lessons under her belt Darlene finds a lot of inspiration in books and on the internet. Stitching the colorful beads into beautiful jewelry has become her passion.
Darlene holds each piece and stitches beads one-at-a-time into a fascinating design. She uses quality Japanese and Czech seed beads and strong braided fishing line. Some pieces feature Swarovski crystals and/or semi-precious gemstones.
She creates beautiful necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings made of tiny, glass beads, semi-precious gemstones, crystals or pearls.
Seed bead jewelry is extremely durable; the same care given to fine jewelry is advised. To clean, just wipe occasionally with a damp cloth.
Custom orders are welcome; any pieces shown in the gallery can be altered to specification as well.
